He is an experienced Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Entrepreneurship Management. A Former Associate Dean of the School of Business and Entrepreneurship (SBE) at the American University of Nigeria (AUN) from May 2015 until June 2017. He obtained an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth (NH, USA), a B.Eng. (Hons) and a Ph.D. from the University of Kent at Canterbury (UK), and an MSc. from Oxford University (UK). Before joining academia, he was a consultant based in London. He partnered with small and emerging companies to innovate and transform how businesses serve customers focusing on the technology, telecoms, logistics, and energy sectors.
His entrepreneurial achievements include starting and running an innovative parcel delivery and logistics business in London. He previously worked for the Financial Times, GlaxoSmithKline, and other global organisations in the past, championing the use of innovation and ICTs to create business models and value for customers responsibly and sustainably. His research interests are at the intersection of business, information systems, and data science, harnessing information systems for society’s
benefit. He favours a multidisciplinary, data-driven approach to management problems.
